  • 1 large loaf of bread
  • 10 prawns
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 gr of grated cheese

1. Cut slices of bread about 2 cm thick. Brush each one with olive oil and set aside.

2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix them with the chopped cheese, parsley and salt. Reserve.

3. In a frying pan, sauté the minced garlic and add the prawns until they are colored.

4. The next step is to assemble the canapé: in each slice of bread, put a tablespoon of the egg mixture and take to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the egg is set.
