To avoid postpartum back pain, nothing better than exercise. We propose two very simple exercises that don't need much effort or time. You will see how the curvature of your back improves thanks to these stretches. Silvia Balaguer, a physiotherapist at the Emme Clinic, teaches us how to do them.
